"TÜBİTAK Project Writing Training" was Organized
The Project Research, Development and Production Community, operating within Iğdır University, organized a "TÜBİTAK Project Writing Training" to enhance students' scientific research culture and improve their project preparation skills.
The event was given by Prof. Dr. Aliihsan Şekertekin, who has significant work in the fields of education, academic project development, and scientific research. During the event, students, especially university students, received comprehensive information about TÜBİTAK's student projects, one of the important support programs for university students.
The training covered the entire process of preparing student projects, particularly focusing on the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program. All stages, from the creation of the project idea to the application phase, were explained step-by-step, aiming to raise students' awareness of project development.
The program provided a detailed explanation of how to prepare the fundamental sections of a TÜBİTAK project, such as problem definition, aims and objectives, literature review, methodology, work schedule, expected results, and project outputs. Important information was also shared regarding academic language, originality, the use of scientific methods, and evaluation criteria to be considered when writing a project proposal.
During the training, participants were given examples of key points to consider when preparing a strong project proposal, the criteria highlighted in the peer review process, and common mistakes made in project applications. The aim was to enable students to participate in the TÜBİTAK project application process in a more informed and prepared manner.
The highly successful training program increased students' motivation for scientific research and project production, while also making significant contributions to their academic career planning.
