MISSION
Architecture and Urban Planning is, broadly defined, a multidisciplinary profession that investigates and evaluates the physical and social dimensions of space together with all its components and problems from the past to the present, and directs its development by producing economic, political, functional, social and physical designs for the future.
It is the collection and evaluation of geometric and thematic information related to natural and artificial land details related to the whole or a part of the earth, management of the information with a system approach in an electronic environment and presentation of the information to the service, presentation of the information to the users in a drawing form in a projection system suitable for the desired purpose at a certain scale when requested and also the establishment of the relations between the environment where the spatial information is stored and the land. In this respect, our profession provides the necessary services in the construction and implementation of projects both interdisciplinary and to the relevant institutions, organizations and individuals by providing the required data related to the land in activities such as urban planning, rural and urban land arrangements, construction, forestry and mining.
It is the production of the services summarized above, in line with the needs and expectations of the society, exceeding these expectations, and meticulously complying with the rules of the profession and ethics. It is the training of technical personnel who are knowledgeable in the fields of real estate law, land surveying, land registry and cadastre, map reading, who are competent in land registry and cadastre applications from a technical perspective as well as from a legal perspective, and who are aware of and able to apply new technological developments and standards related to their professions.
VISION
It is a professional discipline that produces location information or spatial information and it undertakes an important responsibility in terms of social life with the services it produces in cooperation and coordination with many disciplines. The vision of our profession is to produce services in accordance with professional ethical rules, adopting the principle of ensuring a fair balance between public and individual benefits, to use developing technological methods and measurement tools in the most effective way in professional practices, to evaluate today in the light of current conditions and to set out predictions and goals for the future.
To examine the land on which the cadastral process will be carried out topographically,
To determine the legal status of immovable properties (real estate),

To carry out cadastral renewal procedures,
To assist surveying and cadastral engineers in cadastral audits,
Performing field measurements with electronic measuring devices,
Determining target locations using GPS devices,
Performing calculations and drawings on computer programs,
To maintain and adjust the necessary tools and devices to be used during land surveying.
