Our Department Faculty Member Prof. Dr. Aliihsan Şekertekin Once Again on the List of the World's Most Influential Scientists

Prof. Dr. Aliihsan Şekertekin, a faculty member of our department, has once again achieved the distinction of being included in the "World's Most Influential Scientists" list, which features ten academics from Iğdır University. Prof. Dr. Şekertekin accomplished a significant feat by appearing on the list in both the annual and career-long scientific impact categories.

Ten academics from Iğdır University were included in the "World's Most Influential Scientists" list prepared by Stanford University and Elsevier.

In the study, which was based on data regarding academic publications and citations, researchers were evaluated in two distinct categories: annual scientific impact and career-long scientific impact. The assessment took into account not only publication and citation counts but also the h-index, hm-index, authorship position, and various other metrics reflecting the impact of scientific work.
